T.G.I.F; Thanks God It's Fish

Thanks God It's Friday! Means finally the whole week is over and it's time to enjoy the weekend. I guess everyone loves weekend as much as I do. It's a good time for everyone to finally get relax, hangout with friends and family, and do good things that can refresh ourselves before finally we need to say hello to Monday. Since it's weekend and there's nothing much to do, so I guess it's a perfect timing for finally posting my very first food-blogging post. YEAY!

"Do not wait; The time will not be 'just right'. Starts where you stand, and work with whatever tools you may have at your command, and better tools will be found as you go along" - George Herbert

Been wanting to do this food-blogging thing so badly for quite some time and finally now it's time to say hello to my new blog EL-TNT (Eat Like There's No Tomorrow). I've been posting lots of photos about food in my twitter, instagram, and facebook, so I guess why not making a blog where I can share good experience and information. It's gonna be a fun thing to do! Besides exploring food in different places, I also love making my own food. I love cooking, that's why I'll share some of my recipes in my blog and I hope everyone can enjoy this blog as much as I do.

As the "appetizer" I will post a quick review of one of my favourite restaurant in Jakarta, which serve (the best) fish&chip in town. I bet you guys can guess it, right? ;)

Yes it's Fish&Co! Had dinner at Fish&Co Pantai Indah Kapuk last night, I really love the place, since it's outside the mall which I prefer because these days malls are just too crowded, and also they have such a nice ambience with great service.

Personally I really like their fish and chip menu. The texture of the fishes they serve are really soft inside and crispy outside. Also the lemon butter sauce on the top of it's like the cherry on top. Yesterday I ordered Calamari as the appetizer. Their calamari is also very delicious, just like the fish and chip it has a good texture crispy inside and juicy inside. For the maincourse of course I orderd The Best Fish&Chip in Town!. It's my favourite dish there, but of course they serve some other fish&chips option such as New York Fish & Chips, Philadelphia Fish & Chips, and even Indonesia Fish & Chip.

Calamari (65k)

The Best Fish&Chip in Town! (79k)

I think the price of their foods are quite good, because they serve quite a big portion. Like yesterday I ordered both of those dishes for me and my friend and we were full. For the drink they offer some varieties of free-flow drink so you don't need to worry if you want to hangout a bit more there you can still refill your drink. haha. Me and my friend ordered blackcurrant tea which costs 25k each. So we spent around 200k for the dinner, not bad huh?

So I guess Fish&Co is worth-to-visit restaurant after all. I'll go back there soon to grab another portion of calamari and fish&chip I guess. haha. Now it's time to chill and get a rest before I'll share some other foodgasm to you guys this weekend! haha

Enjoy the weekend folks! ;)
